Privacy Policy

What we collect, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to make us stop. In plain English, with the specifics named.

The short version: we collect what you type into the form on this site plus standard analytics, we use it to respond to your inquiry and to improve the site, and we do not sell it. Analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta run on these pages. You can opt out of follow-up at any time. The detail is below.

Who we are

This website, bridgemyheloc.com, is operated by Korbin Spangenthal, Vice President and Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2079029) at West Capital Lending, Inc. (NMLS #1566096), 17911 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 400, Irvine, CA 92614. "We" and "us" below mean that operation. Questions about this policy: kspangenthal@westcapitallending.com or (949) 751-1870.

Information we collect

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and discuss financing options; to determine whether a program fits your situation; to follow up by phone, text or email about that inquiry; to operate, secure and improve the site; to measure which pages and channels actually help people; and to meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations that apply to mortgage professionals.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent it to lead buyers or marketing lists. We share it only with:

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, time on page, and events such as a calculator being used or a form being submitted. Google may set cookies and process this data as described in its own policies; you can opt out across sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We also use the Meta pixel to measure the performance of advertising and, at times, to reach people who have visited this site. Meta may use this data as described in its policies; you can manage that in your Meta ad preferences. You can also limit both tools by blocking cookies in your browser or using a tracking-blocking extension — the site works normally either way.

Cookies

This site itself does not use cookies to identify you and does not require an account. The third-party tools above may set cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Note that browser "Do Not Track" signals are not currently answered by a consistent industry standard, and this site does not respond to them; the opt-outs described here work regardless.

Calls, texts and your consent

When you submit the form or give us your number, you're asking us to get in touch, and we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry — including with automated technology. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of getting a loan. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages by replying STOP, stop emails using the unsubscribe link, or simply tell us to stop by phone or email and we will. You may also ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain the business and licensing records that mortgage professionals are required to keep, and then we dispose of it. If you ask us to delete your information and no legal retention obligation applies, we will.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and inquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive documents or account numbers through the form or by ordinary email — if we need documents, we'll send you a secure way to deliver them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — California residents in particular — you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to know what is collected and disclosed, the right to deletion, the right to correction, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. If you would like us to stop the advertising-related sharing described above, or to exercise any other right, email kspangenthal@westcapitallending.com or call (949) 751-1870 and we will honor the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Because mortgage origination is a regulated financial activity, information you provide in connection with an actual loan application is also governed by federal financial privacy law and by the privacy notices you receive from West Capital Lending and the lender, which may describe additional rights and choices.

Other sites

This site links to third-party sites — NMLS Consumer Access, review platforms, and the lender's application system among them. We don't control those sites and this policy doesn't cover them. Read their notices before providing information.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
